GREG GOLDSTEIN

Greg has a Bachelor's degree from the University of San Diego and an MBA from National University. Prior to founding Citta Seating, Greg served for over 25 years as Commercial Director and CFO of Grupo Dorian's, the leading chain of department stores in Northwestern Mexico with over 60 stores.

Greg is married to Sandy, co-founder of Blue Petal Event Design; they met at a summer camp and now have 3 sons: Michel, Philippe and Alain.

MICHEL GOLDSTEIN

Michel graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a minor in Leadership. Before co-founding Citta Seating, he was Director of Sales & Marketing for another hospitality furniture vendor. Prior to this, he was a partner in a company distributing health and beauty products in Latin America.

Michel is married to Ariela from Mexico City. They were set up on a blind date while Ariela was on vacation in San Diego and were married within 10 months.

KEN W. SMITH, CFSP

Ken spent over 25 years designing, equipping and furnishing restaurants, hotels and healthcare facilities, working with several prominent dealers in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions of the US. After many years of specifying Commercial Seating for his own projects, in 2001 Ken accepted an offer to join L&B Furniture in Hudson, New York as Sales Manager. Ken joined the Citta Seating team in 2008.

Ken is married to Dodie, a Licensed Practical Nurse. They met while Ken's band was playing at an event where Dodie was working. They have three children: Greg, Melissa and Ian, as well as six grandchildren.

KRISTY BELTZ

Kristy is a customer service specialist. She began her career in Ohio working with a broker for premier tickets to local concerts, sports, and other events. After moving to Las Vegas to escape the cold, she worked as a concierge at some of the finest hotels on the strip. In 2008, she moved to California after coming to visit and has been serving the hospitality industry with her lively attitude ever since.
